By accessing and using tentackle.io ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

tentackle.io is a multi-AI platform that provides users with tools to:

• Connect and manage their own AI API keys from various providers
• Run prompts on multiple AI models simultaneously
• Compare responses from different AI models
• Store and manage conversation history
• Export results in various formats

Important: We do not provide AI models or generate AI content ourselves. All AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers using your own API keys.

3. User Responsibilities and Disclaimers

3.1 AI Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated content is produced by third-party AI providers, not by tentackle.io
• We have no control over the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated content
• We disclaim all responsibility for the content, accuracy, or consequences of AI-generated responses

3.2 API Key Security

You are responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining your own AI API keys
• Ensuring your API keys have appropriate usage limits and restrictions
• Monitoring your API usage and costs with third-party AI providers
• Complying with the terms of service of all AI providers you use

3.3 Content and Usage

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Use the service to generate spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Violate the terms of service of any AI providers you use

4. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all AI providers or models
• Specific response times or performance levels
• Availability of all features at all times

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription terms:

• Free trial period of 14 days for new users
• Monthly subscription: €19.90/month
• Annual subscription: €14.90/month (billed annually)
• All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months or unused periods

Billing is processed through Stripe. You agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your AI API keys are encrypted and stored securely
• Prompt content and AI responses are stored for your convenience
• We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The tentackle.io platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kōdōkalabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your prompts and any original content you create. However, AI-generated responses may be subject to the terms of the respective AI providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tentackle.io and Kōdōkalabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party AI provider issues or costs
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tentackle.io, Kōdōkalabs, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your use of AI-generated content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kōdōkalabs is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
